On December 25, 2021, the commissioning ceremony of the second production base of  Hubei Aulice Tyre Co., Ltd.  (Jiashun Factory) was held in Xianning Hi-tech Zone.

At 9:00 am. Zhu Jun, Chairman and General Manager of Hubei Jiashun Tyre Co., Ltd. delivered a speech. Huang Zuocai, the Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Xianning Hi-tech Zone, and Ma Xiaonong, the President of Bank of China Xianning Branch, presided over the ceremony. Among them, Xianning High-tech Zone hosted the event. Huang Sisheng, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee, delivered a speech.

Hubei Jiashun Tyre, as a Wholly-owned subsidiaries of Hubei Aulice Tyre Co., Ltd., is a provincial key construction project with a total investment of 3 billion yuan. It plans to build 3 million sets of all-steel radial tires and 6 million sets of semi-steel radial tires. This project settled in June 2019 and will be constructed in two phases. After reaching full production, it will achieve an annual output value of 4.5 billion a yuan. The project is also the list of provincial key construction projects.

Huang Sisheng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Xianning Hi-tech Zone, delivered a speech at the commissioning ceremony, "The completion and commissioning of the project has filled the gap of large-scale automobile tire production enterprises in Xianning, and is conducive to promoting the scale and production of automobile and parts industry in Xianning Hi-tech Zone. The level of agglomeration and professional development and the growth of characteristic industries are of great significance.”
